When you receive your parcel, our team will contact you to confirm receipt. If you wish to request a refund, please inform us during that call. Refund requests made after the confirmation call will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  
• You contact us within the given timeframe.
  

After 24 hours, exchanges will not be possible.
